1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging JoshDesign Digital Studio for any service, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any project-specific Statement of Work or proposal we sign with you.
2. Services
We provide creative, design, development, content and business-support services as scoped in each engagement. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate work that falls outside agreed scope, is unlawful, or conflicts with our values.
3. Payments & Invoicing
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance on the first business day.
- One-off projects typically require a 50% advance and 50% on delivery.
- All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable GST.
- Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables created specifically for your project transfer to you. Working files, source files and pre-existing tools/libraries remain our property unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to display project work in our portfolio unless contractually restricted.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work delivered up to the termination date remain payable.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
